We use UPS & FedEx for shipping. If you feel the calculated shipping rate is too high, please email us and we will do a manual shipping quote to see if we can get the rate down. Orders received by 1:00pm (eastern time) will ship out on the same day (unless a Sunday or Holiday). Orders received after 1:00pm will ship out the next business day. Delivery dates are estimated by UPS & FedEx, we have no control over the time a package takes to be delivered once it leaves our store. Some items are marked as store pick up only, due to their size or material. You can get a quote for anything marked as store pick up only by emailing us. Time of delivery will depend on the shipping that is chosen at check out. We cannot guarantee any delivery date we use UPS &FedEx and use their delivery times.
